NKS Apparels LLP ships across India through reputed courier partners. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, charges, and serviceable areas.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive an email and / or SMS with the tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery time from the date of dispatch:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days.
- Tier-2 and other major cities: 4–7 business days.
- Remote / north-east / J&K / Andaman: 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier load, weather, festivals, or unforeseen logistic disruptions. The estimated delivery date will also be displayed at checkout based on your pin code.
3. Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above ship free of cost across India.
- Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79, shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee of up to ₹49, where available.
4. Serviceable areas
We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. You can verify serviceability by entering your pin code on the product or checkout page. If your area is not currently serviceable, please write to support@nksappreals.com and we will try to arrange an alternate courier where possible.
5. Order tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order at any time:
- From the Track Order page using your order ID.
- Via the tracking link emailed / SMSed to you.
- From the My Orders section of your account.
6. Failed delivery attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International shipping
At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available; this page will be updated if we begin shipping outside India.
8. Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify us at support@nksappreals.com within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
