Return & Refund Policy

At NKS Apparels LLP we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, our return and refund process is straightforward. This policy applies to all orders placed on nksapparel.com.

1. Return window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from any stains, perfume, or damage.
  • Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Be returned with the original invoice / proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and similar intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations after delivery.

4. How to initiate a return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders, or email us at support@nksappreals.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and pickup / shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Where reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the parcel from your address. In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship to our warehouse and we will reimburse standard courier charges up to ₹100 per parcel.

5. Inspection & approval

Once we receive your return, our quality team inspects the item within 2–3 business days. You will be notified of approval or rejection by email. If the item fails the quality check (e.g. used, damaged, missing tags), it will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of inspection.
  • Refunds for online prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed via bank transfer / UPI to the account details you share with us, within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong / damaged / defective item).
  • COD convenience fees, if charged, are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. We may ask you to return the original item before the replacement is dispatched.

8. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges paid.

9. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it is shipped from your account or by contacting support. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery as per this policy. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
